WARRANTY

Our products are covered for a very competitive warranty period. In order to enjoy the peace of mind that our warranties afford, these products must be installed to the specifications detailed in supporting documents. To ensure the optimum performance of your floor and full coverage of our warranties, please adhere to all instructions relating to subfloor, installation environment and method, and ongoing care and maintenance. Any faults that occur as a result of incorrect installation, inappropriate environment or lack of appropriate care and maintenance procedures, will not be covered by the warranty.

Consumer Guarantee
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
